has anyone ever heard of a pregnancy whilst on implanon. it has been there for over 18 months and now i have all of the signs of early pregnancy.

it is very very unusual to get pregnant on the implant, it can even stop periods. But there is always an exception to the rule .... as i think it's only a 99.8 % sucsess rate !!!

Your signs could be ovulation or hormones because of the christmas stress....
