Been TTC #2 for a while now (no prevention since birth of DD 20 mths ago). I have PCOS but weight under control and a regular cycle if 33 days.

It's now CD 37 with not even a sign of spotting. I've been feeling nauseous late afternoon but no other symptoms (had none with DD). So far I'm testing BFN Sad

So, how long after your missed AF have you had to wait before getting a BFP? Or should I get over it and accept something's gone wrong with my cycle?

With DS (after DD3) I didnt have a positive test until I was 18 - 20 weeks pregnant. I had thought I was pregnant because I was feeling so sick, but all came back negative. I even had a course of clomid to kickstart my periods as I had none since the birth of DD3, who was a year old by then.

I know its frustrating, but its a case of wait and see, i suspect.

Well still nothing yet, except the very.vaguest shadow of a line, which I suspect is my desperation playing mind games Sad

Wow, did the Clomid present any risk the pregnancy?

Errr wasn't advised!! Grin Due to my history the Dr read me the riot act and told me NOT to get pregnant on the clomid, as it would have been dangerous for me to have a multiple pregnancy. When still no AF and an eventual positive Dr went ballistic at me! (he was also a friend of ours, so it was ok) He felt my tum and ordered a scan immediately as it was thought I was expecting at least twins. Went into scan room expecting to be about 5/6 weeks pregnant with twins (which I would have been advised to not continue with the pregnancy) and I was at least 20! Lovely short pregnancy! No effects from the clomid, luckily.

Great news PositiveAttitude.

Well I'm still holding out for a BFP. Feel queasy and no AF, so until I know otherwise I'm sort of hopeful.
