Take folic acid 90 days before you start ttc.

There's no harm getting healthy or losing some weight if you have a poor lifestyle or a high BMI but otherwise, I think the main thing to do is to stock up on sexy undies and enjoy it.

Lesson learnt the hard way for me, don't use normal lube! It slows swimmers down. Look into getting some conceive plus or pre-seed.

It might be a good idea to work out your cycle before you start ttc. It's worth knowing when you ovulate and it can take a few months to get it straight in your mind.

Ok thanks

There is a zita west book that was quite cheap and good which I found really good to look at when I was pregnant. Good luck Smile

Agnus castus can help encourage your body to produce Progesterone which helps with the lining of the uterus with conception. I've heard lots of people with success stories using this.
Pregnacare are good tablets to bump up your vitamin levels.
I started doing squash once a week a few weeks before we conceived our DC. If nothing else it made me feel better!!

I'd advise against taking agnus casts (sp?!) Unless advised about it, it can play havoc with your cycle. It has been documented to help with a short luteal phase but generally best avoided unless you know that's a problem.
Your approach sounds good, I'd just add getting your OH to take a multivitamin with zinc and magnesium to help his swimmers!
