Had some tests done, got results yesterday, not good.
But really don't feel confident with the tests or any treatment going forward.
Reading different threads on here, everyone seems to have been given so much more information.
All I have is AMH results from one blood test, and DH's semen analysis which is fine.

And that's cost the best part of £1000.

Next step is hycosy(sp?)
And then decision about injections, I thought clomid was the most popular choice
I just don't get any of it
I'm going to google it all now, but I'm so bloody upset and confused.
I just need someone to explain it all.
Consultant seemed to be a bit snippy when we were asking questions

I am not using the Bridge Clinic but didn't want to read and run.

You can learn an awful lot from boards like this one and other stuff out there on the interweb but it sounds like you are getting really poor service from your consultant.

What stage are you at (i.e. how long have you been trying, were you tested on the NHS, etc)? Have any problems been found?

Would you consider switching clinics? Did you go to any open days before choosing The Bridge?

thanks eurochick
didn't go to any open days, didn't know there was such a thing
Decided on Bridge Clinic, as a friend of a friend used it successfully, turns out she only went there initially, then went to the Lister

no tests on NHS, too old
hsve one DS,4, and 2 subsequent miscarriages.
Been trying for 3 years now.
They insisted on HIV, hepatitis checks which cost £420.

No-one seems to follow through on tests. When we sat down for our consultation yesterday, some test results were missing. You need a whole consultation, they won't give you any results over the phone
