Excited but also really nervous!!
Is anyone else throwing caution to the wind and 'just seeing what happens?' - no temp checking or charting etc?

I'm both excited and equally nervous?

Trying not to get my heart set on when it's going to 'happen',planning too much etc as I know it can take ages!

How exciting ! No, I'm not exactly in the same situation right now, but I've been there, done that, the products of the experiments being upstairs asleep right now.

I wish you every luck and recommend the "seeing what happens" approach (hey, it's fun!), but suggest you start taking a ante-natal vitamin thing (or at least the folic acid bit), just in case "it" happens faster than you think it might.

And if things don't "develop" as rapidly as you'd like, the ovulation sticks are way easier to figure out that the temperature thing, IMO. Despite having a textbook 28 day cycle, I ovulate 4 days later than the same textbook suggests. Who'd have known....?

My DP has decided that we are doing the same! I came off the pill because it made me feel so dreadful, emotionless etc. Got a new pill to try, but have to wait for period to return before starting it.

Discussed contraception in the meanwhile with DP, who has basically said, lets not bother, and see what happens!

Eeeeeee! I keep to myself how much I'd love a sibling for my 9 year old DS, but he knows its something I want for us in the future. Looks likes the future is now! Its our 2 year anniversary today... he did say he wanted children with me sooner rather than later! Didn't think it would be so soon, but I'm made up inside, he's just the most amazing man (for me) and I know he will support me 100% of the way through whatever happens in our lives.

And yes, I'm shitting myself too! But that is part of the fun!
