Please any advise helpfull
Me and my partner have been together 5 years in a same sex relationship, we decided 3 years ago that we wanted to be parents so went ahead and found a sperm doner to do self insemination. I got caught pregnant after many months trying but sadly ended in miscarriage at 3months... Anyway 1 year on we have decided to start trying again but our old doner is no longer available so have had to find another, heres where i need advice....My sisters partner has offered to be our doner but also has a baby with my sister, the doner has asked to be kept anonymous and he has said once the child is born if results in pregnancy he wants nothing to do with the child and that he would sign all rights over to my partner which is what we wanted, until the child is older and wants to know for his/herself, the only worry is that if people found out would it be classed as wrong because we are thinking about using my sisters partner..
