I use AC (under the guidance of my acupuncturist/herbalist). I have had noticeably stronger ov pains since using it but no bfp yet! I haven't tried soy but I have heard of people using it for a few days early in the cycle. I don't know much about it though.

What's your situation? Are you ovulating?

AC is quite strong and has been known to mess up cycles (from what I have read on here) so you should really take it under guidance of a herbalist.

Thanks euro! Was really just after some advice and experiences just incase as after coming off the pill I am having really long cycles, 60 days and still no af with this one! Quite recent off the pill so I know it takes a while to settle so not rushing into anything but wanted to assess future option iyswim Smile thanks for advice was just going to buy some off amazon but will find a herbalist if in need.

Hi

I have used Soy Isolflavones previously as I was not ovulating and I beleived these may help. I took them for 5 days on days 2-6 of my cycle and took 120mg, 120mg, 120mg then 80mg then 80mg. I did this for 2 months but it didn't make me ovulate.

I wouldn't use Agnus Castus, having heard some horror stories about it messing up cycles, as Eurochick says.
