Hi,

Does anyone have any good/bad experiences of this? I've checking my CM for the past 2 months and not had any EWCM, infact not much CM at all.... I'm wondering if I should give this a shot? Any ideas?

Thanks

It's my 2nd cycle of using it and I love it! I do have cm but not a lot and preseed makes dtd a lot more comfortable!

AuntieDoris · 24/10/2011 21:15

We use Conceive Plus (I presume they are similar). Makes things more comfortable but hasn't helped with the getting pregnant bit!

nearlymumofone · 24/10/2011 21:54

Thanks for your input. I think I may give it a go.. why not?!!

We've.been.using conceive plus for a while. Only gripe I have is that it's flippin' freezing! Have to warm.it up in your hands first.

cloudydays · 25/10/2011 06:15

I was using pre-seed when I got pregnant with dd. I have no idea if that's coincidence or not, but I'm a fan :)

GTR2882 · 25/10/2011 06:40

I love pre-seed!!! Really handy if you just want a get this over with so I can go and watch Strictly quickie!! [hgrin]

Aworryingtrend · 25/10/2011 10:55

Hi, can I ask where you bought pre-seed orconceive plus from please?

eurochick · 25/10/2011 11:07

I've tried both. I got Conceive Plus in Boots and PreSeed from Amazon.

No Bfps yet but they just make things a little more comfortable when swi to order is not getting you as excited as you would wish to be!

margerie75 · 25/10/2011 15:48

Conceive plus is all i've tried, i may move onto something else.

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 25/10/2011 21:36

I got our conceive plus from Boots.

UmBongo · 26/10/2011 12:54

Pre-seed from Amazon. Used it for a while, as eurochick said, it helps when ttc swi is getting a bit less than fun, it took 3 years and one mmc to get to my current state of 14 weeks. Didn't find out about pre-seed for a while, but did use it the crucial month!

Good luck to all!

Usually with the condoms and/or fertility tests and pregnancy tests (just to add insult to injury!)

eurochick · 27/10/2011 18:25

Yep. What Dor sed! You might need a largish branch to find it.

It's odd, given how much it is mentioned online, how difficult it is to find conception-friendly lube in the shops.

Mine was with the tampons just to confuse the matter.

Saved me a sodding fortune.

MrsCog · 27/10/2011 19:34

We made DC1 the first month we used pre-seed - I got mine from amazon. I always need a bit of extra lube, and will now always wonder (until we try for DC2) whether my 'standard lube' is a bit of a sperm inhibitor...

MrsCog apparently all normal lubes are!

HaveALittleFaithBaby · 27/10/2011 21:29

Says so on the side of the packets...
play lubricants slow sperm down, so if you're trying for a baybee, talk to your doctor first. Please remember though, it's not a contraception and it doesn't contain spermicide

Blush just ran out of pina colada though :(

LibrarianAli · 27/10/2011 22:32

I've got a tube of Preseed in my bedside drawer but I'm saving it for a 'special occasion'... as if using it will be like admitting we're actually properly TTC and not just accidentally shagging a lot without any contraception!

Plus I'm a bit of a sensitive flower and I've read some reports on here that it can give you UTI's which I'm prone to anyway so for the minute I'm sticking with my trusty 'Probe' Mmmmm
