ooh, good, I was worried and missed you all! Hope all ok, and that no news is good news (unless the thread runs out...!).

So, I start my first jag tomorrow. had my last G&T last night, had accupunture today, bought lots of nice things to eat, including SPROUTS and veg (and teacakes) for DH and me to take away on our jaunt up north with puppy. Anything else I need to do, other than pep myself up and get good sleep for tomorrow?
