whats going on?

So, DS3 is 8 months old. I've had a couple of periods since then. We have been sort of TTC. Now I'm a week late but the POAS show neg. Does 'aunt flo' take a while to settle into a routine after childbirth? or are the tests wrong? (eek) I am bfing about 3 times a day.

Any ideas?

I had the same sort of thing. DD is 12 months. I didn't manage to bf and periods started after 3 months. They've been very irregular so even though we've not been using protection and waiting to see what happens, there's been nothing yet. I refuse to take tests because the BFN's were just upsetting me! I think it's quite normal for them to be irregular for a few months after they come back. I'd carry on TTCing and give it a few more months before worrying about it.
