Have any of you had any success with this?? Might give it a try this cycle along with pressed!

It just involves having a shedload of sex. The plan sounds very good and it will ensure you don't miss your fertile time but it basically works on a principle of lots of shagging. You could do lots of shagging without following a specific plan.
Pre-seed won't add anything really if you have no problems with natural sexual lubrication. If you are usually using something like Ky then obviously pre-seed is much better.
