Pregnacare Conception and Lily of the Valley?

Hello ladies - I've just bought Pregnacare - Conception tablets after reading about it - has anyone had any luck with it? Also bought a Lily of the Valley body spray (smells like old ladies perfume) but after watching the very clever Stephen Fry's QI, he said the sperm swim quicker to the egg with the scent of LoV!! And if he says it, it must be true!! :). Any experiences with this or any thoughts? In for a penny and all that I say!!!! DH says it smells like furniture polish!! Hmm! :S

wally I've just googled the idea of Lilly of the Valley being a conception aid and there is loads of info (who'd of thunk it). Whether it is a proven fact I'm unsure of, but like you, I treat whatever Stephen Fry says as gospel :) Off to buy some granny perfume!

As I understand it though the little chaps swim towards the smell. Now without putting to fine a point on it, you don't want them confused and head down rather than up.

I saw that QI on The Dave channel! As I remember it (but i might be completely at the wrong end of the wrong stick) it was saying that your egg had the LOTV smell and that is what draws the sperm upwards towards it. I don't think the body spray on the outside would do the trick. I'll keep an eye out though as they are repeated on Dave what seems like every day

Hello ladies - I think Mr Fry said that it is effective if you have Lily of the Valley scented draw liners so that your underwear has the smell on it? Then like Numberjacker said the sperm swim towards the egg! How the hell they know this I'll never know - but will try it none the less! I've sprayed my knicker drawer!!!!
Although I am feeling sick this evening and lightheaded (7 days from AF), not sure if this is due to pg or the granny smells!

I might check Youtube now for QI vids!
