NEW BUS BOARDING FOR JUNE 2012

desperateoldie67 · 23/08/2011 06:40

Struck out this month...anyone care to join me on the June 2012 bus?

OP posts:
sweetpb · 24/09/2011 19:11

HI guys, I ditto the D/S for faster 'arrivals' when not really in the mood, only thing is its a little uncomfortable for me! and hubby has found if he stops at the 'crucial' moment instead of keeping moving then that also helps with the leakage, wow we have some weird and wonderful conversations!!

I have ordered some ov stick and preg sticks from internet, not sure i will need to POAS though this month, had some period pains today :(

although on the bright side that will mean the pills have worked and my cycle is shorter x

TheCake · 24/09/2011 20:17

Hi everyone! Just taking a break from revising for my OU exam by watching Xfactor, drinking red wine and mumsnetting (and I always thought I was rubbish at multi-tasking). Fingers crossed that those who are spotting are the result of implantation! X

festiemum · 24/09/2011 21:47

Hey Rusulka! D/S eh? Well, sure DH won't be arguing!

Yes, I really am going to make an effort this month with the old SWI... Obviously didn't put my back into it this month. Also ordered myself a Basal Thermometer too, so I can watch for that thermal shift and make sure we SWI right up to the right point!!

Rather inevitably, spotting turned into AF, so I'm getting off at the next stop and boarding the July craft. Good luck to all of you. Hope your spotting is implantation Loulou and your pains aren't AF sweetpb.

Maybe see some of you on the July bus. Although it will be nice to see you, hope I don't because you got your BFPs!!! xxx

louloubellamozzarella · 25/09/2011 09:52

Morning!

Wait for me, festie!! Think I'm coming onto the July bus with you as I think my bleeding is period now.. boo! Think it's too heavy to be implantation, although it started last night and has just stopped again. I'm putting it down to a wierd period - I haven't had any cramps or anything like I normally get. Also this means my cycle was really short (and I ovd very late)...hmmm.

Oh well, at least I'll be ready to get a-cracking for a July (or late June?) baby soon. Going with the EOD method this cycle (every other day - like, we really don't have enough abbreviations ;) )

bradderswantsababy · 25/09/2011 11:05

I'm totally Confused and am hoping that one og you lovely ladies can help me????

My first af after coming off the pill turned up on the 12th Sept after a 37 day cycle from august. It was a lighter than normal af that lasted abour 2. 5 days but put this down to body getting used to normalness after 15 years. Anyway last night after going to the loo I noticed some brown cm in my pants not lots so just thought it might have been from mornings SWI. This morning I have woken up to find more brown cm and after having a feel up there its really light??? Could this be an inplantation bleed??

After reading on google that a funny taste in your mouth (which I have had for a few days) can be a pg its set its set my mind racing. But im not sure how it could be possible with my af only only starting 13 days ago. My brain hurts from lots of over thinking not sure if should test or if would be a waste of a test??

GTR2882 · 25/09/2011 11:33

bradders i would not want to get your hopes up as i don't seem to be too successful with determining implantation bleed but it is quite possible to get updiffed almost straight away after coming off the pill, so CD13 may not be too early as your body is trying to get back to normal! If you have any internet cheapies I would test but if you have any more expensive ones then i would wait - to you chart temp, cm/cp??

miss can I ask if you could stretch the EWCM between your fingers and roughly how long it took before it broke!! Usually ov takes place during EWCM and SWI should take place! go you chart your CP or temps??

Hello
sorry to disappear off the radar - was away for 2 weeks holiday, had a lovely time with plenty of SWI.. I put my AF date as 18th Sept, but am pretty sure I actually ov'd on the 13th, so am not going to test until the 28th (if AF doesn't arrive before then). I have no symptoms and seriously doubt my chances, but fingers crossed!

You are all bad influences! I have never POAS'd before until a sensible time so have only ever done two tests in my life, both of them BFPs. Now I've discovered MN, and I got thoroughly caught up in all the symptom spotting and tested on Sat which was only CD22 of a normally long (32-35 day) cycle.

I couldn't see anything on the test to start with but when I looked back at it hours later under a strong light, I could see a very thin bit of a line (quite dark blue so don't think an evaporation line) and got all excited and tested again the next day - def a BFN that time though. I swing between blaming the tests (left over from two years ago when I bought a multi-pack and only used the one), blaming Sunday's BFN on it being the afternoon and only having a tiny wee and blaming myself for getting stupidly overexcited and testing TOO FLIPPIN EARLY!!

I have felt nauseous on and off for about a week, in a very morning-sicknessy sort of way, but it started before I would even have expected to ovulate. So, in short, I WANT TO KNOW, I WANT TO TEST NOW, I WANT A BFP!!!

Actually, I'd also really like to hear of some BFPs from all you testing today. Please update us all!

festiemum · 26/09/2011 10:01

BFN here i am afraid, after getting what i thought might possibly have been a BFP yesterday - also huge temp drop, so looks like the witch is waiting in the wings!!

Readynow · 26/09/2011 11:22

Sorry to hear that GTR FX for next month! :) I'm pretty sure I ovulated late yesterday, although didn't see a temp shift early this morning Confused. Now on to the 2ww & obsessively ss :o

Prunella79 · 26/09/2011 11:23

Hi All,
was so looking forward to seeing a pile of BFPs this morning, maybe some will turn up later - still holding out hope for the monday test team.

I'm still in the purgatory of post pill AWOL AF and still searching or signs.
two weeks back got obvious EWCM like i've never known before with my 15 years on the pill. so i presume ovulation?? then a week of headaches followed by really sore nipples. having invested in a bag o internet cheapies i thought i'd join the monday test team but BFN.
Never have sore nipples and headaches are rare, are these likely precursors to AF? or maybe i should be patient and try again in a day or two...Confused

I am still waiting to POAS . . . but feeling a bit sick today again and yesterday had weird migraine (I get migraines with aura usually, and had weird aura-free migraines before when pg). However, boobs remain stubbornly un-sore. Grrr. Come on boobs!

GTR2882 · 26/09/2011 12:01

Zombie you don't necessarily need sore boobs at this stage if you are pg - some women get them, some don't!! Not saying you are, but might be worth POAS just to see!! :)

zombiebanana · 26/09/2011 14:06

Hehe, yeah, I know, but boobs were definitely sore last time (although I mainly noticed it in week 5 . . . rather than week 4 which is where I could be now if DHs sperm has battled it's enthusiastic way to my little eggy.

BUT today have strange feeling in vagina. Perchance a TMI alert, but often when I have AF I get a kind of heavy, achy feeling in the outer parts of my vagina (lips etc). I have this sensation today, too, so I am reluctant to test in case it's a BFN and AF is only now packing her bags and boarding the train direct to my uterus! It would just be too disappointing (somehow less disappointing if AF just turns up, because then I can say to myself that I never thought I was pregnant ANYWAY).

But, ever contradictory, I purchased some sticks for the aforementioned peeing on today at lunchtime, and I am going to do it tomorrow morning if AF has not arrived, despite the fact that MW said to wait another 2 weeks. Unless I am suddenly gripped with resolve and decide to wait as instructed. Or maybe I'll split the difference and wait another week? Oh I can't decide.

Does anyone else find that this is taking over their thoughts? I can't bloody concentrate today and I have a really important deadline on Friday. I must STOP READING MUMSNET IMMEDIATELY and DO SOME BLOODY WORK. :) I had no idea I would turn into this person. I used to be so cool. And also productive.

Sorry, train of thought, self indulgence rantage :)

mrsmellow · 26/09/2011 15:43

I also never thought I'd turn into this person and thought one of my friends was nuts a few years ago when she was obsessive Blush - but in my defence I don't tell anyone but MNetters about this...
I also need to do some work- tomorrow, tomorrow.. I can only imagine it gets works if you actually have a BFP!... then it becomes a PFB and you're neurotic on here.. why do we want kids again?!

mrsmellow · 26/09/2011 16:04

worse Blush

sweetpb · 26/09/2011 17:30

serious hormones raging atm! seem to want to cry at the littlelist things!! for example - Scot Mills had a prank call between mother and son at uni - very funny, then at the end they both said miss you!!! I could have cried, actually had to stop myself! (but then it could be hormones for AF and this damn headcold i have :(...)

I will wait for the internet cheapies to arrive but also still not sure how long my cycle should be!!!!!

Come on all you monday testers we want some BFP'S!!
