Oh Sorry to hear that Podmog! Maybe a chat with your GP might be able to shed some light on this. I remember my hormones being terrible at that time and it did take a while. Good luck.xxx

Of course i meant more posts..........i am just as disheartened as everyone else about not conceiving yet and wondering what the hell my body is playing at but it doesn't all have to be doom and gloom!

It's just that lately this topic seems to have really died down - no-one seems to post on here as much as they used to!!!

Hello all, I'm always here, lurking! Never time to do any work these days having discovered Mumsnet. Anyway, am on cd28 I think, so come Monday I may have news, good or bad! Will let u know...

Don't mean to be miserable, but I posted on another similar thread recently about this. After ttc for what seems like AGES, it's making me feel worse conctantly posting on the ttc threads and scouring other threads to see if other people's pregnancies will somehow miraculously "rub off" on me. It was getting me wound up, frustrated and not helping at all. I'll carry on looking at other topic threads but for the time being, will keep off the ttc pages as I think I need to back off and relax a bit. Being so obsessed is NOT going to help me!

I like reading through all the ttc threads, but have decided that I don't want to make any early pregancy announcements on site again (if I ever get there!).

Pg tests actually test for the human growth hormone don't they, so it would only affect the result if you were actually pg, I would assume.

Jemma7, I've pretty much stopped posting on the ttc thread, because I'm so fed up of it all too. Today we had our 6th attempt at iui and it's exactly a year since the 1st attempt. I've had enough of this - but I can't bear to give up yet. And I still can't help myself hoping that this time is going to be the one.

fingers crossed Jane - I still check in from time to time - but don't hear much from you or Bayleaf, but think of you both and really hope you get good news soon.
