Not ovulating: help me relax!

Have recently been told by the doctor that I'm not ovulating . I'm pretty sure that this is a new thing as used to be bloody certain where I was in the cycle (ewcm, incredibly sore boobs, wonderful pms etc.) However, we've had quite an up-and-down year in the last year: moved countries, travelled, changed jobs, bought a house etc. From last November (while travelling), AF became very sporadic - around every eight weeks, but is slowly moving its way back to normal. This got me worried so I went to see doctor and hence diagnosis.

I'm on agnus castus to try and ovulate naturally. AF is due today and so far no signs of arriving... but apparently AC can take up to three months to work (I'm on month one). Am trying to keep myself calm but am worried that the worry about not ovulating will make myself not ovulate... a vicious cycle, iyswim.

Has anyone else had ovulation stop, then commence again? Or used agnus castus to support natural ovulation?

I stopped ovulating too.
I had some major upheaval in my life, moving countries, changing jobs etc.
My periods became very erratic and irregular for a year, but eventually returned to normal.
Even after they had returned to a normal cycle, I couldn't conceive DC1 and went to the doctor to be told that I wasn't ovulating either.
I don't know about agnus castus, but I was put on Clomid, which eventually allowed me to conceive DD.
Having her put my hormones back on track and I conceived DS naturally, with no help and in a short time.

Don't worry. You really don't need to!!!

Thanks Ruth - so nice to hear positive stories. It's hard when you hear a doctor say in an emotionless tone that you're not ovulating and inside, you feel like you are falling apart at that, but fantastic to know it isn't the end of the world!

What did your doctor suggest you do?
