Question about evaporation lines

Was wondering if any of you knew about evaporation lines.
I took a test yesterday morning and no second line was visible. ( on the box it said to wait 5 mintues). After an hour I had another look and there was a second pink line there,a bit faint but clearly visible. Aren't evaporation lines supposed to be greyish? also,do they disappear? I've checked a little while ago and the pink line is still there
I'm not trying to fool myself,lol, the second line didn't come up within the time frame so I consider the test I took to be negative. I'm just curious (Af still not here and I"m officially late now so will take another tomorrow if she doesn't make an appearence)

i did one once and it was negative then left it in my bag for a couple of hours and it was positive - i got all excited but sadly no. Once it's outside the time it's not true :(

I have a thread about this at the moment and have come on here for a bit of back down to earth treatment as have just had the same thing happen this evening, third time its gone positive after more than ten mins. Hard not to get excited seeing the pink line.
