My question is did you not have sex until you hot a smiley face or just have sex frequently say every other day plus the smiley face day?

If you have a short surge, your smiley face might be catching the end of the surge, so I would try and do it the three days before your smiley and the day of the smiley!

And then in case you are actually catching the start of the surge, the day after the smiley too!
