Hi all
Following an mmc earlier this year, we are now ttc again. Given the mmc, I am a bit nervous about what I can and can't do during the 2ww.
Does anyone know whether attending regular (not pregnancy) yoga classes can do any harm during the 2ww, and whether there are any particular poses I should avoid?
I am probably worrying too much, but am keen to hear any views.
