today is my first day off the pill after having been on it for 16 years. Going on holiday on tuesday, will a big time difference mess with any cycle etc; am aware this may be a stupid question :)

Time differences never make any difference to mine (although of course you might come on a day earlier than later than you expect if there is a massive time difference (so you actually starting the day you expected to at home but on a different day where you are).

But after 16 years on the Pill I expect you don't know what your cycle is so you are unlikely to notice any difference!

G'luck.

I came off the in April after being on it for 10 years. I had perfect 28 day cycles right from the off.
However I was a hormonal mess. Very frisky, sick in the mornings and anxious.
After that, just straight cycles.
