hysteroscopy on Monday but period has come early???

i am due to have a hysteroscopy on Monday but my period has come early, will they still do it or should i call Monday morning to cancel, the hospital where i am going to is 3 hours away and im ment to be there at 7am?

Hi I was told that if you are bleeding properly they wouldnt be able to do my hysteroscopy, if I was still spotting then it would be possible to still go ahead. If you are bleeding it would be very difficult for the to see whats going on. How long do you normally bleed for? I think it would be best to call the hospital if you have a number and check.

i am now on day one so Monday i would probably be in full-swing so to speak. I will call them today and see if anyone is available to help. I usually bleed for about 4/5 days.
