BFN. So what's going on??

My cycle is 34 days and I always have very heavy periods. Last AF was 8th of June and I used ovulation sticks and got a positive on 23rd of june.
Then on 3rd of july for three days I had spotting. First day was very light and a watery pink, the next few days slightly heavier but still not enough to wear a tampon.

Did a first response test this morning and bfn. AF due Monday.
I didn?t have any of my usual symptoms I get before having a period (sore boobs, severe stomach cramps, nausea) but haven?t had any pregnancy symptoms either so I don?t think I?m pregnant.

Just wondering if anyone has any idea what is going on?

It could have been the much talked about implant bleeding you had, and if so it would be too early just yet to get a positive hpt. Or it may be your body being mean and giving you an early AF, it seems our bodies do this when we are ttc and taking a lot of notice.

Wait til monday to do another test, if AF not appeared.

wait til your period is late, then test. Only way to get a truly accurate result as could be either at present. So hard to wait!

This is the longest week ever.
I honestly don't 'feel' pregnant and am worried if I'm not that my cycle has now decided to go haywire and it will be even more difficult.
