Getting harder each time.....

each time someone I know becomes pregnant!
I've just found out my cousin is expecting again.
I already have a DD, so i know I am already very lucky, but i really want a 2nd, and we've been trying over 12 months now.
All my friends seems to be getting pregnant, my sister is pregnant, and now my cousin - I'm pleased for them.....but really want it to be my turn!
It's really getting me down.

Another colleague announced her pregnancy yesterday. On top of a million other people recently too.

I don't think it gets easier, but I am now perfecting my "congratulations" face and line whilst inwardly . And the two friends I really want to be pregnant, along with me, are struggling.

A wise MNer once reminded me that there isn't a finite number of babies in the world. And I read a good book which talked about when, not if.

But all the same it's tough.

I completely agree Tw1nkle Me and my husband have been trying now for about 3 months and so far since trying i have had i think it is 23 people announce their pregnant, some close friends others just friends, and some family, its not easy at all and i just smile and say congratulations, thats brilliant news, underneath thinking i wish that was me, i havent been trying long so i know my time will come eventually, just congratulating 23 people is hard!!!! Hope its your turn soon :)

Thanks both.......one of my close friends is also TTC, and she feels the same, as we have a lot of the same friends.

I'm really hoping we 'catch' at the same time, but I'll be over the moon for her, as i know she will be for me!!!!

Thats nice that you've got a friend ttc at the same time, ive not told anyone wer ttc, didnt want to feel more pressure and having everyone constantly asking me if wev conceived. I have an extreamly long cycle, last one was 48days so i could be waiting quite a while, even though we have been trying 3months ive only had one period and im 30days into my next cycle!! hoping we might just get lucky but not looking too hopeful!! wev swi every other day so far surely that should do the trick!!!!!
Hope you get the bfp soon too, where in your cycle are you?

Just found out my SIL is pregnant again and she already has a 15 month old daughter. She is lovely and I'm pleased for her but can't help feeling a bit sad. Hopefully it won't be too long until I join her.
