Expired Clearblue digital...ignore result?

I have just used a Clearblue digital test. The result came up within 2 minutes as a BFP 1-2 weeks. On account of the fact it had expired in October 2010, would you ignore this test?

I would say you are pregnant, congratulations. but go and get another test to put your mind at rest.

Does the fact I'm taking an antibiotic (erythromycin) effect things?

hope that it's news you wanted. I don't know about the antibiotics though.

I doubt an antibiotic could affect the test result as the test detects the pregnancy hormone, but it could have affected your pill (if you were on it).

No, no pill. Could it effect an embryo? Not really the best news. Not the end of the world. I'm going to ignore it all for a couple of days and see if AF arrives in two days.

Several episodes of POAS later I'm ready to believe I'm pregnant because AF is now 2 days late and the line gets stronger. I really hope this pregnancy progresses ok. It's our first one, but much wanted.
