I have been ttc since September 2010 and have had 2 m/c's so far.
This will be cycle 5 since my last m/c and I wanted to give my body a bit of help.
I have a very messed up diet. I eat freshly cooked food, veg etc most nights for dinner and eat breakfast most mornings but I do skip lunch quite a lot or eat something snack like and I do eat an awful lot of choc, cakes etc (I am 8 stone so not overweight so tend not to bother about eating that stuff).
I was thinking about taking prenatal vitamins like Pregnacare but I am a worrier and don't want to take something that may be dangerous. I don't want to go to the doctor as when I go with things like this, he makes me feel as if I am wasting his time.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
