Hi there ladies, just a quick intro, I'm Kirsty 24 mum to 2 dd's ages 6 and 2 and currently ttc no3 :) I had a miscarriage in April this year and and currently cd27 of a 35 day cycle, the 2nd cycle after mc... I've been a member on Bounty since 2005, but cant stand the bitching anymore, and have heard you're a nice bunch over here so would love to make a few friends on my journey :)

Im on day 21 of a 29 day cycle and will be testing on 1st july too!! We can be impatient together!!!!

This is our 3rd cycle of trying, we dtd every other day during ovulation so fingers crossed ill get a BFP next friday!!

I've had tingly boobs the last 2 days, and while I dont want to get my hopes up to have the squashed, I cant help wishing the 1st would come sooner!! I've been using opk's so know I definitely ov'ed on cd21 and have been dtd everyday since cd15 till cd23 lol (probably why I'm so tired all the time!)

Would you be due 8th March aswell, I worked it out on Bounty's edd calculator but I think it sometimes goes a bit daft when you have a longer cycle than 28 days lol

Did you have any early signs with your children? Ive never been pregnant before but for the last 2 days ive felt sick and im strangely excited by it lol!!!

Im sure its more to do with the fact that ive been on the early shift at work and getting up at 4am every morning this week!

We dtd on day 12, 14 and 16 which im hoping is enough.

Im going to a wedding tomorrow and part of me the hopeful half thinks i should test in the morning but then the other half realistic says dont be daft!!

pomme as we established last month, the pee sticks are a) stupid and b) a bit slow. Sure your bfp is just around the corner!
My due date is march 21st. Apparently it has not been conceived yet!

I think perhaps wait a few days to test, I've had negatives on early tests and got all downhearted to then get my bfp a few days later, have a spritzer or 2 and then laugh at all the silly drunk people :p How have you planned to tell your dp??

With dd she was conceived almost first time round and I was so stunned I just wondered downstairs and handed him the dripping pee stick

He then accused me of doing it wrong! How exactly?!

Based on the one bfp I had (chemical pregnancy) I will take ot to him and say 'ummm how many lines do you see?!' He'll say umm two test again tomorrow.
Would be ace to be bump buddies. Definitely our turn to get upduffed!

Someone i work with had one sent to them from their husband in afghanistan and it was such a brilliant idea that im planning to steal it!!

Ive resisted the urge to test today as ill only ruin my day by getting a bfn cos its far to early so instead im going to enjoy the wedding and have a few glasses of champagne!

Ive done one this morning and think i can see a line but its so faint that im not sure if it is actually there!!

I know i should have waited until the end of the week but i gave in this morning!!

I use the cheap ones of ebay so tempted to get a first respsonse early one on my lunch break tomorrow and see what that shows

Wow and congratulations to all the BFPs! Clearly there is something in the air... hoping it rubs off!

I am trying to work out when I can test. My cycle last time was 40 days but then ov sticks show I had LH surge on about CD19 this time so it surely can't be 40 days again. Just come off Pill recently so my body is still making its mind up!

So when do you think I can test... 2 weeks after CD18, or CD40 (which would be about 3 weeks after ov)?

minipie I always go 14 days from when I get a negative opk (as they say thats the day you ove, the surge that gives you a +opk is the day before) Soooo if you got a +opk on cd19 I'd say cd20 was 1dpo so you'll be due af/bfp on cd34 hun

oh gosh, didn't keep testing till I got a -ve OPK. I got a quite strong line Thursday night, very strong line Friday, quite strong Sat then a bit fainter Sun. so I would guess Sun was ov day? DTD on thu fri and sun am so hopefully that would be enough...?!

Yeah I'd say Sunday was OV :) anything fainter than the control line is classed as a -opk.

What cd was that on Sunday then?? Definitely sound like you dtd at the right times, a bit waiting for the egg to go into then got blasted with a 2nd lot of swimmers :p

Errr Sunday would have been CD21.

The only line that was as strong as the control was Friday's. The line on Sat was (a bit) fainter than the control line, so if that's ov day, that would be CD20. But then, in my OPKs the instructions say that a line that's only a little bit fainter than the control can also be a +ve... So who knows!! Anyway, too late to do anything about it now ... !
