PRIMROSE OIL?

Hi girls!!!any of you using primrose oil to increse CM. Have been taking capsules for the last week - can't tell the difference - PLEASE HELP!!!! Is there anything else i can try. Also i've been told i'm too acidic please let me know how i can change this?????

I have read something that says is cat take a few cycles of primrose oil before you notice a difference in CM. The guidelines I have read say to take a dose of between 1500mg and 3000mg per day between your period and ovulation (you should stop taking it after OV as it can cause uterine contractions and prevent a viable pregnancy).

There's some useful stuff here .

I'm afraid I don't know anything about regulating acidity, maybe someone else has some input into that question.

I started taking a small amount last cycle, our first of ttc but doesnt sound like it was enough. Have just got af so will take more for the first half of this cycle. Can't say I noticed the difference but as artoo says, prbably takes a while. Have been drinking grapefruit non-stop as well but didnt notice the difference there either!!lucky that i like it!!

Have you been to your local healthfood shop or even pharmacy? Ours seem really good at advising
