ttc for 9 months, any advice and help very much appreciated!

So here iam 9 months on from my mmc back in sept last year, month after month I'm getting more and more frustrated! Think we've tried everything in the book, any advice, support would be fab! Thanks all.

I'll join you, mc in October have been trying since then with only a chemical pregnancy to add insult to injury in April! I was using the conceive plus lube that month so that may have helped, other than that I am taking folic acid religiously now as apparently it helps prevent MC, I am spacing out the SWI as the doc said sperm needs to build up. I am also trying to lose weight and eat healthily. Other than that no idea here. Good to have a moan!

Welcomepurplebuns have tried most things along the way also, the smeg method, conceive plus, ov sticks, temps and every vitamin known to man!!!, I've seen you on a few threads along the wayn sorry to hear about your mc and cp, lifes a bitch isn't it!!!
I'm 34 this year so starting to get worried, I know I shouldn't be but I can't help but worry.... X

i had a m/c back in July last year and still nothing. I completely understand the frustration and lonliness of this journey. I've done acupuncture, tried vitamins, avoided peas, prayed....you name it , i'm sure to have given it a whirl. I'm going to go and buy conceive plus tonight actually. That's one thing i haven't tried. Come and join us on TTC 6months+ , it's a very supportive group of ladies, if you ever want to moan, rant, cry, we're all going through the same thing. xx

It is so easy to worry and then you read how bad stress is. Pah there really is no answer.

Hi joycep, I'm on the ttc coffee lounge thread and have been for a while, I think I'm the longest running ttcer on there, so seeing if anyone else had any simular experiences so I don't feel so alone. Would rather not join another thread tbh its hard enough trying to keep on top of that one, but thanks for your advice... By the way also avoiding peas, how strange!!! Lol
Purple smeg is where you swi everyother day from day 10 or 11 I think then miss a day blar blar, can't remember the details, but I didn't work anyway so that's out the window for us!
Sick of been told, just relax and it will happen!!!! Arrrrhhhhhhhhh I'm so relaxed I spend half my life on my back for goodness sake!!! Lol

totally understand, it does take some dedication to keep up with threads. I had to leave the bus thread many moons ago as it seemed that people didn't tkae much longer than 4 month to get up diffed.
Yes peas apparently act as a contraceptive. I don't know how true it is but it is in a book i have. It's dangerous reading too much info as I only drink filtered water these days as well and avoid mangos. Don't ask!

Just wanted to say I know how you feel, we've currently been TTC for 10 months. I always said I'd go with the flow and not get caught up in it but it's hard not to.
I must have heard "it'll happen soon enough" a million times
