Thank you also to everyone for your kind comments about the Down's dilemma. We have arranged to go in and speak to the midwife tomorrow to get more information. I know the ammnio miscarriage risk at the hospital is 0.5% (1:200) but we would like to find out if it is any better for each specific consultants who do them. We will also find out about my nuchal vs bloods results, and the possibility of more screening tests. Somehow, I just knew that I would be high risk, not sure why (apart from approaching ancientness). I just knew it, so not massively surprised.
I just booked some ante-natal yoga, just have to say that YRMOTB so I don't feel like a complete slob. Although it mostly involves sitting around stretching chatting, drinking tea and eating biscuits
