AD's whilst pregnant?

99% sure won't get pregnant, 50, peri-menopausal, but did have unprotected sexBlush. Once in a blooy lifetime! I'm due to collect my prescrition for AD's today, so can you take them, is it safe? I am having irregular periods, have had two "normal" ones but am now one week past due period date. had sex few days ago, so how do I know if and when I'm preg/not preg?

The best person to ask is who prescribed them to you, give them a call.

Which ones? not much Evidence to show if they do affect or not because they can't test it! Setraline is safest.
For unprotected sex to test should wait at least 14 days. Hth!

If you're late for your period the best, and probably, only way to know is to do a test.

Some antibiotics are better than others. Erythromycin are ok, tetracyclines I think, can cause problems with development of tooth enamel and bones. Not sure about others.
