I have very regular 28 day cycles but this month af got me today when its actually not due till the 16th. And its heavy like usual af. Can anyone enlighten me as to why it may have come earlier than usual. Much as I would like this to be implantation bleeding I'm pretty sure it isn't.

Its days like this I hate the whole ttc thing. 13 months and counting....

Hi - do you know when you ovulated? When I ovulated earlier in the cycle my period comes earlier - you always have the same length luteal phase (time in the cycle between ov and af)

I don't chart but had ewcm about 2 days earlier than normal. I know its not a clear indicator of when you ovulate but if that was earlier maybe the whole thing shifted itself?
I was so surprised that af was 6 days early, completely out of the blue! And really my cycle is regular as clockwork. I can think of 2 times I have been late, once was pg with ds and the other was the first month we started trying this time. And now this.

not going to be any help here but i am having exactly the same 'problem' as you this month, normally regualar as clock work, have a 30 day cycle, due af on 17th of this month and got it yesterday. same as you pretty sure its not implantation as haven't been TTC yet, DH thinks its stress which is entirely possible! but i shall keep reading as someone else may have useful information for me and you!

I use to have very regular 28 day cycles but I would get my period 5 days early about once every 18months. It was very odd and annoying but I think it is normal to have the odd weird cycle. I'm 12 months and counting for first child....quite possibly the most emotional ride i have been on!

you are probably right about it being normal. I think its thrown me a bit as usually I'm all geared up for af to arrive and today its snuck up on me. At least its better for my sanity this way, I don't have time to be upset this cycle as I didn't have the build up!
