...whether you test first thing in the morning or last thing at night? Anyone know??

hi, i think it really depends on how sensitive the tests are, and also how far along you are. i tested positive in the afternoon when i was 4/5wks. your best off reading the leaflet from the pack, hope this has helped.

Your first pee of the day usually has the highest concentration of HGC.

Once your period is late by a few days it generally won't make much difference.

It's just the concentration of hcg in your urine. Obviously you haven't weed for ages in the morning. In the afternoon you may have been necking pints of sunny d, so your urine will be more dilute.

both times I had a bfp I tested early, and in the afternoon. A good test will still pick it up. It helps to hold your wee for a few hours and not dilute it too much with drinks!
