Any side effects with Clomid?

ok so i ovulate every month but am being put on clomid to make me ovulate earlier in my cycle. Only 50g and my cycle will be tracked. Is there anything I should be aware of in terms of side effects or will I not notice any difference? Any tips gratefully received!

I was on Clomid for six months and I too was ovulating but because we'd been trying to concieve for 2+yrs they thought they'd give that a go!!! There are lots of side effects some of which are quite scary especially the blurred vision. The only side effect I had was hot flushes and they were always when I went to bed-luckily during the winter months! Read the leaflet enclosed with them,some people have no side effects at all,so keep your fingers crossed x FWIW I conceived the month after stopping Clomid-gd luck

thanks Plum for getting back to me. Good to hear that others have been put on it even when ovulating and great news that sth happened after stopping it! Not sure i like the sound of blurry vision though...but as long as it doesn't mess up my ovaries, I am sure i will cope.
