I realise this might not be the exact space to post this but it does seem a rather relevant place to start?..
I work for the new Birmingham Sperm Bank based at the Women?s Hospital NHS,
We are currently working very hard trying to raise awareness of the desperate shortage of sperm donors nationwide but particularly in the West Midlands due to the rich ethnicity of the area. The current waiting list for donor sperm is 2 years+.
Being a sperm donor is something that many men do not even realise is an option. Everyone knows about blood donation, very few people realise/understand the need for sperm donation. It can change lives, giving people the children they desire. Men from all walks of life consider becoming a donor once they know about it, the major problem is getting the message out there.
Can you help us to spread the word?
