new user of OPK wee sticks

hi everyone!

i have succumbed and bought some sticks for ovulation. However I am a little unsure of when to start with them. I have just finished my AF and my cycle at the moment varies between 28-30 days every month. I had a MMC in November and it has been since then.

any advice would be really appreciated!!!

I've got a 28 day cycle (well I used to before a mc, this is my longest cycle since and I'm day 23 today so crossing everything!) and usually start on day 9 and when I get a positive it's between day 12 and 14. Hth.

for the first time using i would do them from CD 6 or 7 through till u get a positive OV (i even do them for 2-3 days after that to make sure :D) for the first few months so u get used to ur own cycle,
once u know roughly when ur due to OV next u can start doing them from a few days before till u OV once u have a 'positive' LH surge u know u will OV from 12-36 hours after

it also helps to write down results of tests,dates,symptoms (EWCM/aches/pains) so u know in future when u could be ov

what kind of tests did u get?

i always use cheapies off ebay as i have a really bad addiction to pee on sticks and it can work out an expensive addiction!! lol
