I am cd 27 on my third cycle of Clomid with Metformin just added for PCOS. Always had normal periods but given Clomid to 'help improve follicles number and maturity'.
Managed to get pregnant on 1st cycle and then miscarried at 10.5 weeks, no joy second cycle and now this cycle no sign of Ov, despite lots of ov pain, ov like cm! I wonder if it is possible that I have missed surge? Did test early in the morning most of the time, but also twice a day sometimes. Have been testing now for 12 days usually ov around Day 17. Any ideas please ladies???? Oh by the way am 44 years old.
