hi all. Am I going mad? AF due tomorrow and I have just started spotting. I am never early/late and have a perfect 28 day cycle. I had some pregnancy symptoms but BFNs. Could it have been some kind of chemical / phamtom pregnancy? Or could this be a sign of impending menopause? I have "reduced" ovarian reserve but bot "low" and "normal" and "good" lh/fsh.
Not sure why im bothered about it. I admit I'm obsessed with my reproductive system, though, as Ive had three miscarriages this year and will be ttc soon.
