advice please

Hi guys

Just wondered if anyone had, had a scan 4 weeks after mc, to make sure that mc was complete to be told they are pregnant again? I have a scan booked for today which I was not going to go to as felt it was too long after mc and I felt ready to move on, and gp had already given us the go ahead to ttc again, so not sure if it was worth it. But then I changed my mind and decided to go. But the prob is I am due af on tuesday next week, and I am getting early pg symptoms and I am now worried about scan.

Any advice appreciated.

Hi Juicee. I would go for the scan, because even if you are pregnant it won't do any harm. Although if you are it is unlikely to show up this early. The radiographer will be able to tell the difference between a new pregnancy and retained tissue though.

I am going to go, just a bit nervous as to what will be said. Do you think they will be able to tell me if it looks like I am pg again. To be honest not sure if i want to know to early as so scared of mc again. And i will know really early. Which means longer to worry about it, if you get what i mean. My poor head is all over the place. Just not sure what to expect from today.

Anyway how are you doing? not been on threads for a while as had so much reading for my essay to do, been trying to focus on something different. x
