Angus Castus gone weird on me!!!!!!!!!!!

Help

I've been taking agnus castus once daily 20mg per tablet from Boots and I've had my period on day 33 which is brilliant as I'm normally about day 55!!!! but my period has now been going on for 2 weeks 2 days and it dos'nt seem to be stopping!!!!

I'm getting a bit concerned!!!! am I taking it right???? 1 everyday????

Would get this checked out by your GP asap as such bleeding is not normal. Its probably not at all serious but it should be checked out all the same.

Generally speaking it is not a good idea to self medicate with AC if there are any underlying hormonal problems (these can be the root cause of irregular periods) as it can make things worse.
A 55 cycle day would certainly be both anovulatory and irregular in terms of periods. It is in your interests therefore that you find the root cause of the irregularity of periods.

If your periods are generally irregular in nature then a blood test can be done to see what your hormone levels are like. A common cause of such problems is polycystic ovaries.
