sex during tww

Just wondered if anyone knows if sex during the tww can cause any damage /miscarriage. I am about halfway through and had sex last night i noticed some spotting straight after and am now really worried.

No it is fine to have sex even during pregnancy. If you have conceived then it is very well protected in there. The spotting may be nothing to do with the sex.
