hope someone knows :)

Dh will soon be on medication that will prevent us from having more children as there will be a high of severe feral anomalies and/or birth defects.

Frozen sperm is an option I'm considering raising with him but would like to see the whole picture beforehand iyswim.

Thanks xx

He'd need to be referred to his nearest sperm bank (www.hfea.gov.uk will have a list of clinics), then once he has successfully banked you would need to be referred to that clinic as a couple to talk about how to use the sperm.

If it is good quality you can have IUI, if not you'd be looking at ICSI. If you already have kids together this will probably not be NHS funded, although the sperm banking may well be.

Thank you for replying, we do already have children together so probably won't be eligible but it's good to know as there's the private option I guess.

We may never have anymore children anyway but it's good to know just in case.

Thanks again xxx :)
