whats happening?

So period due yesterday. I have a very light bleed/spotting on the 23rd and 24th which then stopped. Period still not here but tests show BFN.

I keep getting light cramping as well so one minute I am convinced period is coming and the next I am getting all excited it might be the signs of a BFP around the corner. I feel like a rollar coaster!

This is our 6th month. I know that's hardly any time compared to some but its still emotive and frustrating.
