This may seem really dumb, but I wanted to ask. Me and DP would love to have another child, but we're not TTC as such, but don't use protection when we do have sex. Last time we had sex was beginning of the week. I am due my next period at the beginning of next week. I doubt I will get pregnant, as we've been casually trying for a year now and it's not happened, but in the last couple of days, we've decided to take DC to Florida next year, as oldest DC turns 10 at the end of next year and we found out that once she hits 10, we'll have to pay adult prices for her. However, now that we've decided this, I just know with my luck, I'll become pregnant! (My luck is really really bad.) So I was wondering, what are my chances of being pregnant? Would I have my period still if I am, would it know that early? Or would I have to wait til end of next month to see if I have my period? I don't want to book the holiday and then find out I am pregnant, as that's what happened the first time I went to Florida, as I was pregnant with eldest DC so spent the most of the holiday being ill.
