When did you ovulate after bcp??

I was on marvelon for 1 half packs to regulate for ttc as dh travelling.... had some breakthrough bleeding started testing opks guessing it was cd12 (even with breakthrough bleeding took cd 1 as day after last pill when af came heavier) and cd16 today and still no happy face on opk? I was 28 day cycle girl prior to bcp....

Is it likely I won't ovulate this month? Any thoughts and experiences please? Feeling bit blah about it all already!

Hi, I think it varies tbh. You might not ovulate the first month. I got my af regularly when I came off bcp but didn't check if I was ovulating til months into ttc. I'd suggest trying to relax initially! Don't stress too much about seeing a smiley face, It's early days! Good luck!
