Hi everyone, I'm a healthy happily married 25yr old with a 3 yr old dd. We would love to give her a sibling, so at the beginning of Oct last year i stopped taking my cerazette pill after being on it for about 1 year.
I got my period in Jan this year all normal and was over the moon. We started trying straight after that but with no luck. I have since had no periods and all tests say negative. I researched cerazette and ppl say its a nightmare pill and many have had great trouble ttc after it.

I've been to the dr who just says those painful words relax it will happen don't stress but i can't help it. It doesn't help 3 of my best mates have all just had babies.

I know it's only been 4 months and ppl try for years with no luck but all this research on cerazette has scared me. Also i can't stop thinking about it i feel so naggy and sad. Has anyone had a similar problem coming off cerazette?

Hello there - I came off cerazette at exactly the same time as you, and my periods started again in January too. My partner and I have just started TTC this month, so I can't really comment on its effect on my fertility just yet; but I have had 3 regular periods since January. I've started to take my temperature every morning, which shows exactly when I'm ovulating in the month, and I've found that really helpful in planning when to SWI - it's also been reassuring that my fertility cycle is "working". It might just be that the hormones are still working their way out of your system; but you could try temperature charting too, to see if you're ovulating? Hope this helps!
