Anyone take this? Was it helpful do you think? Someone mentioned it too me when I said we were struggling to conceive and my periods were a bit off kilter.

Can't hurt to try it. I would recommend going to a herbalist though and getting a tincture rather than just randomly starting the tablets, tastes a bit bleughhh though.

How far off kilter are your periods, progesterone cream can help if you have short cycles, got mine from 26 to 30 days, sadly still didn't manage to conceive a DC2 though.

Well I didn't get a period for 2 years when I was unwell. They have returned and have been monthly since August but the last few months have been shorter than usual with longer bleeding....
