Poppyjen, I get CM I consider watery after ov. It always confuses FF. Maybe it is just arousal fluid or something but it is normal for me.

Can someone please tell me to get a grip?
It's not even been two weeks of TTC and I am totally obsessing.
I think it's because it's taken me ten years to talk DH round to it.

Right! FF says I OV'd on Saturday (CD20) which I suspected myself. We SWI'd two days before and on the day so that's good. All I can do now is wait! Will update stats as AF is now due on the 22nd. So relieved to finally (hopefully) know what's going on!

Baby and Pipbin, WRT to getting too caught up in it all I have no good advice because I'm just as bad I'm afraid! I think it's completely understandable though. When you want something so badly it can easily become all consuming.
BabyS, I am currently having a minor freak out because everyone else seems to be pregnant at the moment - 8 of my close friends are currently pregnant! I heard about the 8th person yesterday and whilst I was obviously over the moon for him I nearly cried when I put the phone down. It somehow feels like a slap in the face doesn't it?
Oh well, our time too shall come ladies! +ve thinking and all that

Hey, congrats to all the bfp's and fx for emma. I had a crappy night at work yesterday on cd28 with backache, nausea and sore boobs having had some spotting for a day about ten days before. All seemed quite positive but did a test and got a bfn. Had someone I was dealing with at work go mental and kick me in the belly repeatedly then started cramping. It's stopped now but I was quite upset . I'm hoping that it will all work out but I don't know

tired that's awful! Was it a member of the public or a colleague, and does this sort of thing happen often? I know there are some professions like nursing where this sort of thing happens to staff, but no one should have to live with that. Poor you. For what it's worth, at this stage any prospective little beans will be tucked away beneath your pelvis and protected from that kind of thing.

I'm ok just sore and have a lovely collection of bruises. It was a young girl with many issues who wasn't getting her own way. First time in ages anyone has kicked off at me like that!

Hope you're ok, then. I know there are issues with restraining troubled kids but it makes you wonder what they must have lived through to think that's ok to do to another person. Poor girl - and poor you!

Hi everyone - hope it's okay to join so late? TTC as of yesterday (had my coil removed and started trying sraight away!) Already have a DD who has just turned 3, and we have finally made up our minds to start trying for a 2nd one. Along with some of you here, I have very long cycles (around 45 days), so quite frustrating waiting for my AF every month. Anyway, I am just entering my 'fertile' period, and it would be amazing if it could happen straight away. Took a few months to concieve my 1st - so I won't hold my breath!

I am fairly sure based on my temps. Just waiting for CD21 to tick around so I can have it confirmed by a blood test.

Tired that's awful, you poor thing! If you feel anything like me you feel like you want to protect all of your precious insides even more now you are TTC and anyone violating that must be such a shock. Hope you are ok.

Hope these next few days go quickly, I am going crazy waiting. What with not knowing if I had ovulated or not or how long my cycle was going to be this time I seem to have been POAS forever. I am starting to think that I see lines everywhere...tempted to try an internet cheapie with water to test my theory that I am truly going mad

We're off on holiday a week on Friday and would really like to know before then so I know whether I can indulge or not....I guess my true "test date" should be next Tues (17th) or later if I can bear it so I have a nice Clearblue digital saved for then.

......but you know I will be "rehearsing" with those ics from now until then Its like some kind of science experiment at school, what with my charting etc. I'm quite enjoying it in a funny sort of way though someone may have to scoop me up off the floor when it finally does happen

Thanks euro FX for you. My temps seem to be fairly positive too - there was a big rise over 4 days and a couple of dips since then (still above cover line though) but back up now for a couple of days so I am hopeful. CM seems to be more creamy now (sorry TMI )

I also get creamy CM a few days after ov.

it sucks. i guess being on the pill for years means im used to getting regular period and if not i expect to be up th duff. whaddaya know- not always the case lol

Fertility Friend has now changed my ovulation date so still stuck on 8 dpo now (I think I will be stuck in the 2ww FOREVER). Any other charters out there care to take a look to see what you think? my chart is here they have changed my cover line so it is higher - it was 35.9 ish. Now I don't claim to be an expert about these things but I can clearly see what looks like an ovulation dip on 2nd May followed by clear thermal shift over the next 3 days.

I tried to see what it would be like on the other settings ("research" and "FAM") and they now say no ovulation detected.

How irritating - there were a few days DH and I didn't manage to DTD after my alleged ovulation date so if they pin it as any later we may well have missed our window

Any thoughts much appreciated! (sorry for me me me post)

It looks to me like FF has the right date estimated now, but I am not an expert!
