confused

so i finished my first round of fertomid 50 and had a scan + the follicular maturation one,,,so here the result, on the 10thday of cycle no dominant follicle , endometrial thickness measures 3.4mm, uters is anterverted and 6.8 * 2.5cms
uterine myometrium shows homogeneous echo texture, no evidence of solid or cystic mass lesion
both ovaries appear normal in size, no adnexal mass is seen,,,so did scab again on 13th day and he said i have one follicle on my right ovary which measures 8 * 10 mm,,,(which should have been big, according to him) and Endometrial Thickness 4.6mm,,,,i dnt know where i went wrong :/ have been tryn for a baby for abt a year now,,husband's results came normal,,help :( am 23,,,and thses r new to me..

I am pretty sure AF is about to start as I got really bad cramps this morning which usually happens a few hours before it shows up; and I tested this morning and got a BFN but I'm not too as IVF is just around the corner.

What are you up to this weekend? Hope you have something nice planned?

aww,,,dnt worry one more month to go before IVF,,so ther is still hope and like i said before then there is IVF..which is even better :)

AF is just around the corner for me i think,,im having slight lower abdomen cramps,,,it comes and goes

It's so tricky isn't it? I keep analysing every twinge! I hope yours are implantation related!

its feels like AF,,,,:/ grrr,,,and just one day before AF there is goin to be some huge zits on my face!!!!! lol,,,,they only come to give me the bad news then disappears,,,,brats!!!...we will see how they show up this time,,may be in a day or 2 they will show their ugly faces,,,

12! I have decided not to take clomid this month as I want to have a break before starting IVF drugs; I know the soonest I'm likely to start the drugs is the middle of next month but I wanted to have one unmedicated cycle to give my body a chance to relax.

12 days doesn't seem like a long time at all ... and at least then we'll know what to expect in terms of timings etc

so i got my period on 32nd day of my cycle...if i ovulated on anywhere around day 20-22. then its not 2 weeks yet :/,, cudnt have ovulated before that since the follicle size was same...am so confused,,,and i dnt think its clear red this time, may be my mind playin trick on me lol,,,lets see how it wud stay tomorrow,,,

Hmmmm, that is confusing. You could have ov'd and just had a short luteal phase ...?

What does the Dr say?

If you hadn't ov'd at all, you would have expected a longer cycle...

didnt go to the doc..huz thinks we shud try colomid 150 then go next month,,,yes may be i had short luteal phase :/..lets see how it goes this month

ok so im recommended to take fertomid 150mg, that is fertomid 50mg to take 3 times per day,,should i have to take 3 tablest all together per day??

I took all my clomid pills together in the morning; did you say the two drugs are the same?

Not sure about spacing them out during the day ... I thought you had to take them in one go but I'm not a Dr

Hi we are fine thanks; the weather here is amazing so we have been enjoying a very sunny and relaxed weekend. We took our dog for a big long walk this morning before it got too hot and now we are just hanging out in the garden!

I think you are right re seeing what happens on the 150mgs. It sounds like 100mgs almost did the trick so I'm sure 150mgs will crack it for you

hm i think like u said i have shorter luteal phase,,,i wonder if i have had any chemical pregnancy if that is the case,,,well lets see how things goes this time

the nature wud set u both right for the consultation :)

I have heard that if you ovulate later in the cycle than CD14, you can have a shorter luteal phase because the egg and corpus luteum are a bit too old to produce enough progesterone for a 14 day LP.

Not sure about though as I usually ov around CD16 and got my luteal phase to 14 / 15 days with vit B6.

Hope your Dr can clear things up!

hmm,,,well my husband thinks its better i try the permanent doc in that hospital,,so waiting for her/his,,,

till then am just taking fertomid 150mg,,,,insha ALLAH i hope this time it wud work for both of us :)
