Straight away again - we were very very lucky and count our blessings as many friends have not been so lucky

DD2 was a one shag wonder Grin and DD3 was the product of one of two IYSWIM. DD1 took 4 months but one of those I was running a school trip to France with seventy 13 yr olds during my fertile period. Unsurprisingly, despite the fact DH came on the trip, we didn't even try. So really, she took 3 months. We have been incredibly fortunate.

caramelgirl · 15/03/2011 13:59

this will be our fourth month of trying for DC2. Now realise just how lucky we were with DD. Crossing fingers that it will happen soon

kayjayel · 15/03/2011 14:01

DC1 was first try
DC2 6th month
DC3 (fingers crossed til scan) was 4th mth

PinkCustard · 15/03/2011 14:05

DS1 was first month, DC2 is proving considerably more difficult - currently on month 15 of TTC Sad I'm sure he/she will be worth the wait when they finally put in an appearance (pma and all that!)

annapolly · 15/03/2011 14:07

14 pregnancies all first time.

Best friend first baby first time ever having sex, second took 3 years.

Kandinsky · 15/03/2011 14:10

meliesmummy · 15/03/2011 14:12

onepieceoflollipop · 15/03/2011 14:13

dd1 and dd2 both conceived first month of trying. We count ourselves as very lucky indeed. :)

NightLark · 15/03/2011 14:13

DC1 first (maybe second) go
DC2 a year and because I was over 35 I was already well into tests and scans and due to go on clomid when I found I was pg
DC3 a complete surprise (oops) and I'll be 40 when s/he arrives

caramelgirl · 15/03/2011 14:16

Kandinsky not ridiculous to stress (or at least not unusual, prob is a bit silly but alot of us out there being worried)! Now shall be inspired by you!
Good luck pinkcustard and sorry to hear about your mc meliesmummy.
Thanks for op Mrsgruffalo

DC1 within the 1st month after a miscarriage
DC2 the first time of trying after I came off the pill. DP was hoping for a few months of 'trying'
DC3 a complete accident, we weren't even having proper sex. It was about 6 months after I came off the implant.
DC4 I was on the pill so don't know how that one creeped in

harassedinherpants · 15/03/2011 14:38

DC1 3 Months
DC2 On month 19 of ttc on Clomid

BabyValentine · 16/03/2011 01:44

DC1 first cycle
DC2 6 cycles (one anovulatory)

jaggythistle · 16/03/2011 02:37

DS - 2nd month, but first proper cycle where I'd got the hang of timing by charting!

on month 6 ttc #2 here as well, Blush to say I'm getting a bit impatient/stressed too.

am pretty sure timing has been off for a few of the months though, due mostly to poorly wee DS at awkward times, so am trying to be sensible about it!

fridakahlo · 16/03/2011 02:46

DC1 first time!
DC2 took around fourteen months.
