Fertility boost

Hi, I'm still breastfeeding my 14m old, just at night, still no periods... I'm ready (or not) to try for another baby and am impatiently waiting for my periods to return.
Other than cutting back on BF has anyone had any success with other fertility boosting ideas??

I managed to get Pg whilst Bf and without seeing hide nor hair of a period! Just get stuck in, I'd say! Grin

Ive been testing for an LH surge (ovulation tests) and have had a surge... hopefully I'll now have regular cycles and fertile periods :)

Hi, I used vitamins called Vitafem which are meant to help boost fertility and get your body ready for pregnancy. I also used ovulation predictors to look for my surge to see if I was stil ovulating. I bought both these from a website called Pride Angel 9www.prideangel.com)Hope this helps xx
