hey mums, well its been 22 days since my implant was taken out and i came on my period this morning. this is all fine, was expecting to have a cycle before i concieved, but my question is what does this mean for my monthly cycle? is my cycle 22 days long? or is today day 1 seeing as i have come on my period this morning!!
its all so confusing and i havent got a clue lol. please help!! xx

I would say always count the day you come on as day one! But it could take a while for your cycle to settle down! But if you start counting it as day one, it will help you to keep track of your cycle if it stays the same or if it changes!

Count the day you wake up bleeding bright red blood as day one (so if you start bleeding in the afternoon/evening, the next day is day 1). And see how you go this month. Can take a while to settle.
